Payments

Antrek Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is using EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payment gateway. All major International credit cards are accepted including Paypal.

Cancellation Policy

Antrek Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

48 hrs before the tour date, 25 % cancellation charge is applicable on the total cost of the tour.
24hrs to 48 hrs before the tour date, 50% cancellation charge is applicable on the total cost of the tour.
Within 24hrs of tour date 100% cancellation charge is applicable.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Antrek Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. marketing team has offered on special occasions like Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited period offers and hence their cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

Refund amount will be credit to the account of Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking you used for that particular booking.
Generally it will take 10 to 15 days to credit in your account. The refunds depend on bank's policy.
